Promotes the development of the NC tourism industry through research, education and outreach programs.
Coastal Studies Institute (CSI)
An UNC system institute in Manteo NC that undertakes research, educational, & community outreach programs for the maritime counties of North Carolina.
ECU Center for Health Disparities Research (C-HDR)
In Development. Conducts, promotes, and coordinates interdisciplinary research on the dimensions, causes, and effective means to eliminate health disparities among the population of eastern North Carolina.
Institute for Interdisciplinary Coastal Science & Policy (ICSP)
Initiates, promotes, and coordinates interdisciplinary research on all aspects of estuarine, coastal, and shallow marine environments.
NC Agromedicine Institute (NCAI)
Conducts research and outreach programs to improve the health and safety in the agricultural sector.
NC Small Business & Technology Development Center (SBTDC)
Provides small business development services as an extensive service of the UNC system.
Regional Development Institute (RDI)
Provides economic development services to local governments and private organizations in Eastern NC.
